Whether it’s shopping for furniture and decor or choosing glasses and crockery, we can take any inconvenience away from setting up a new property. We do not charge any commission on purchases, instead you pay for our time. This service is particularly useful for interstate owners.
We highly recommend a professional photo shoot. We are able to recommend an excellent photographer, and again we take no commission for arranging this service for you.
Inside Hobart will also compile a comprehensive information folder for guests specifically for your property. This will include maps, nearest supermarkets, and shops, great places to eat, Hobart and surrounding attractions as well as general house information and rules.
We do require all our homes to have adequate gas or electric heating for the space as well as unlimited Wi-Fi.
what can I expect as an owner?
Your property listed on the three biggest booking websites; Stayz/Homeaway, Booking.Com and Airbnb.
A flat rate of 20% commission (plus GST).
A monthly statement via email and payment made to your bank account during the first week of each month.
Security check and ensuring all electrical appliances are off after each departure.
Supply of professionally laundered linen at a fee per bed used. This includes bottom and top sheets, doona cover sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers as well as tea towels for the kitchen.
We provide pantry staples, kitchen basics, toiletries and cleaning products, fresh milk, chocolates, coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt & pepper, sponges, wipes, bin liners, paper towel, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tablets, cling wrap, aluminium foil, multipurpose, window, floor cleaner, laundry detergent, tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
